Katy’s work focuses on enhancing relationships in all forms, especially those affected by the trauma and loss associated with addiction. She draws on a number of different approaches to enhance her work, some of which include:
- Expressive Arts Therapy
- Somatic Awareness
- Narrative Practice
- Non-Violent Communication.
Katy has been a student of consciousness through her practice of meditation and yoga for over 20 years – allowing her to draw on the role of spirituality in health and wellness in her role as counsellor.
A love for people and their stories drives Katy to offer support to partners of addicts, people struggling with co-dependency and addicts looking for recovery support.
